 The J3 staff includes an urban planner which allows us to approach our projects from a unique perspective.  The benefit to our clients is a well formulated project, more likely to be granted city council and planning commission approval during the first review.   

Owing to these assets, J3 has successfully entitled, planned and processed developments from 1/2 acres in size to 2,000 acre master planned mixed use communities.  These experiences include commercial, retail, industrial, residential, golf courses, parks, open space, regional trail systems, schools, civic centers, club houses and all the regional and sub-regional infrastructure to support those developments.Takoda
