josh duncan, PE, CFM

Mr. Duncan is a Project Manager and has developed the skills applicable to multiple facets of planning, design and construction implementation necessary for site development and specifically for stormwater, water and sanitary systems master planning and modeling with the subsequent construction plan implementation. His emphasis has been in development engineering and planning for the public and private sectors.  Those skills have been honed through the engineering of hundreds of acres of commercial, residential and industrial projects in the Metro Area and throughout the State. Mr. Duncan’s reputation for high standards, an eye for detail and for completing projects on time and under budget has earned him high praise from clients and processing entities.  Mr. Duncan’s experience also includes drainage improvements and conveyance design, floodplain management and regulations, dam rehabilitation, water quality enhancement and regional drainage analyses.

Bryan Clerico, PE

Bryan will serve as your water resources and utilities project engineer.  He has been involved with numerous water resources related projects as a manager and designer. His areas of experience include earthen dam rehabilitation and outlet works design for up to Class II dams, irrigation diversions, floodplain modeling, residential and municipal stormwater system planning and design at the Master Plan and site specific levels. He has worked with a broad range of municipal clients including the United States Air Force Academy, Buckley Air Force Base, Fort Carson, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Larimer County, Ft. Collins, Weld County, City and County of Denver, Stapleton, Town of Parker and Summit County.
