Lincoln Creek Village, Douglas County, Colorado

Size, description, scope:

Lincoln Creek Village is a mixed-use development near the Town of Parker, Colorado. J3 Engineering Consultant’s scope for the project was site development including assisting the planner with site layouts, grading, utility design, street design, and drainage plans.

Project details:

Development consisted of approximately 200 condo units, 162 townhome units, 64 sinlge-family lots, and a recreational center within Douglas County and Parker Water and Sanitation District. 

Design challenges/resolution:

Lincoln Creek Village with it unit density and shallow down stream storm sewer outfalls presented several challenges to presenting an efficient design for Creekside Homes. Steep grades adjacent to surrounding developments was also a challenge which required creative design solutions and working closely with the architect and builder to solve possible construction problems before the plans went to the field.
